This statement explains how Pulaski Locksmith LLC handles information provided through this website and in connection with service requests.
Who to contact
Pulaski Locksmith LLC provides mobile locksmith service in Little Rock and Pulaski County, Arkansas. The business owner is responsible for privacy requests and monthly retention reviews. Email pulaskilocksmith@gmail.com or call (501) 817-7747.
Information you provide
A service request may include your name, contact details, service location, requested service, and optional vehicle or service details. Provide only what is needed to discuss your request. Do not include passwords, payment details, identity documents or access codes in an initial request. Sending a request does not confirm a booking, availability, price or arrival time.
How we use information
We use service-request information only to respond to requests, coordinate and document services, and manage our business internally. We do not use these details for marketing or sell leads.
Service providers and copies of requests
Rocket.net hosts the website. The form uses WordPress and Elementor, and a copy of each submission is stored on the website. Brevo delivers email notifications, and requests are routed to Workiz for service handling. These operational providers process information needed for hosting, security, email delivery and service administration. Copies may therefore exist on the website, in email, in Workiz and in provider records or backups. Provider privacy terms also apply.
Cookies, browser storage and external resources
Hosting and security services may use cookies and technical information, including connection and browser details, to deliver and protect the website. The website uses Google Fonts; font requests are separate from Google Analytics or advertising tags and may disclose connection information to the font provider.
Disabling a service or a banner does not erase previously stored browser data or information already received by a provider. Earlier consent records may remain. You can inspect cookies and other site data in your browser settings. Removing data may affect remembered settings or access. Read our Cookie and privacy information for browser controls and privacy requests.
How long information is kept
The business owner reviews retention and deletion monthly. The periods below guide that review; deletion is not automatic or immediate.
- Website form copies: 30 days after submission, provided complete receipt in Workiz has been verified. Copies needed to resolve an incomplete delivery are retained until that issue is resolved.
- Duplicate notification emails: 90 days after receipt, after important correspondence has been preserved in the service record.
- Requests that do not become jobs: 90 days after closure or the last substantive contact, whichever is later.
- Completed jobs and invoices: a baseline retention period of 3 years, subject to longer periods required for tax, legal, warranty, insurance or dispute obligations. This is not an automatic deletion deadline 3 years after the service date; the applicable record and obligation determine when retention can end.
Records needed for an active matter, legal obligation or dispute may be kept longer. The monthly review includes relevant website, email and Workiz copies. Provider delivery or security records may follow separate retention practices. Backup copies follow the applicable backup cycle and may remain after deletion from active systems; we do not promise immediate removal from every backup.
Privacy requests
Contact the business owner using the details above to ask about your information or request a correction or deletion. We may need enough information to identify the relevant record and verify the request. We review relevant copies and provider-held records as appropriate. Deletion is subject to applicable obligations and is not guaranteed to be immediate or to remove records that must be retained.
Updates and other websites
We may revise this statement when our practices change. External websites and service providers have their own privacy policies.
